The Harwinton Historic District and Historic Properties Commission is bound by State Statute to make notification of a public hearing for each application for a certificate of appropriateness unless the commission determines that such application involves items not subject to approval by the commission.

Notice of the time and place of the public hearing will appear on this web page and in the Republican-American Newspaper not more then 15 days nor less then 5 days before such hearing.
