District 7
(Campville School)
This school was
located at the bottom of Campville Hill Road.
District 8
(Fractional School)
Strange name indeed
for this school. It was located on the upper end of
Harmony Hill Road. The Harwinton-New Hartford town line
cut right through the school itself consequenty, it
was called the Fractional School.
District
9
No picture is known
to exist of this school which was torn down before the
naming of the district schools in 1923. It was located
on the western side of Plymouth Road.
District 10
(Four Corners School)
This schoolhouse
was located at the four corners created by the intersection
of Rt 4 and Rt 72. It was on the eastern side of Rt
72 and the southern side of Rt 4.
District 11
(Orchard Hill School)
This school was
located on the northern side Orchard Hill Road not far
from the intersection with Scoville Hill Road.
