a Site plan to be developed.
- The Greater Litchfield Preservation
Trust Inc. has committed to funding the matching portion
of an HPTAG grant. Pre-application for the HPTAG has
been filed and approved.
- A letter of recomendation
for the Architectural firm has been submitted to the
Board of Selectmen for approval.
- Amaya Architects (Using Roy
F. Gilley III AIA as Historical Consultant) has been
selected as the preferred Architectural firm.
- Work is underway to apply
for the HPTAG (Historic Preservation Technical Assistance
Grant) with a deadline of Feb 1, 2013.
- March 15, 2013 letter recieved from the Connecticut Trust that we have been awarded the HPTAG. The combination of this grant and the matching funding provided by the Greater Litchfield Preservation Trust will equal $21,800.
- Received approval from Inland / Wetlands Commission on November 4th, 2013.
- Received approval from Torrington Area Health for Septic System Design on November 13, 2013.
- Received recomendation from the Planning Commission stating that the project promotes the plan of Conservation and development on historic preservation. (November 13, 2013).
- Received approval from the Fire Marshall on December 9, 2013.
- Received approval from the Zoning Commission, after a public hearing on December 9th, 2013.
